Vibes don't Lie
My Friends Are Literally My Cinematic Universe
Okay but let me just say this: if my life was a movie, my friends would 100% be the main cast. Not side characters. Not background extras. MAIN. CAST. ENERGY.
Sometimes I think we’re living in our own version of Friends chaotic, loud, slightly dramatic, but weirdly wholesome. Other days it feels like The Avengers because individually we’re strong, but together? Unmatched.
The Theory of “Found Family”
There’s this concept in storytelling called found family, where people choose each other and become home. That’s us.
We didn’t just “become friends.”
We accidentally built a support system.
When I’m in my flop era mentally tired, overthinking, dramatic for no reason they don’t judge. They don’t disappear. They don’t say “it’s not that deep.”
They sit.
They listen.
They send memes.
They remind me who I am.
And somehow, my 1% battery turns into at least 40%. That’s science. (Okay not actual science, but emotionally? Valid.)
Main Character Energy (But Make It Shared)
The best part? We all take turns being the main character.
If one of us is down, the rest become the soundtrack.
If one of us wins, we celebrate like it’s a championship final.
If one of us is spiraling, there’s always that one friend who says, “Be so serious right now,” and suddenly clarity appears.
It’s giving balance. It’s giving loyalty. It’s giving soft place to land.
The Multiverse of Us
Sometimes I think about how in another universe we might not have met. And honestly? That timeline sounds boring.
Because my friends are:
My therapists (free version).
My hype squad.
My reality check.
My comfort show in human form.
They’ve seen the ugly cries. The overreactions. The random 2am breakdown texts. And they stayed. That’s real.
Plot Twist: They’re the Best Part
Life isn’t always aesthetic sunsets and perfect playlists. Some days are just heavy. But my friends? They make even ordinary days feel cinematic.
A random walk becomes a core memory.
A small joke becomes an inside language.
A simple “You good?” becomes emotional rescue.
And maybe that’s what wonderful friends actually are.
Not perfect people.
Not dramatic heroes.
Just constant, kind, and real.
So yeah. If this is my movie, I’m grateful for the cast.
Because life hits different you’ve got people who turn your worst mo
ods into better chapters.
No cap , for I won the friendship lottery.
