Candy Crush Days

Back in the day, just a kid on a mission,

Locked on my screen with candy ambition.

Swiping sweets in a sugary storm,

Matching colors became my norm.

Level up, blast, crush the row,

Each little combo, a sweet rainbow glow.

Chocolates, jellies, a color bomb burst,

Every swipe felt like I quenched my thirst.

Lost in the world of gummy delight,

Playing ‘til mom said, "That’s enough for the night!"

Eyes on the screen, heart skipping beats,

Those candy dreams? Sweetest of treats.

Now grown up, but I still feel that thrill

A match-three world I can't quite fulfill.

Just a little kid, crushin’ like a king,

Memories of candy still make my heart sing.
