Navigating Shadows

Depression isn't just feeling sad—it's like trying to navigate life with a constant gray cloud hanging over you. The world around you keeps moving, but you're stuck in slow motion, disconnected from the things that once brought joy. It’s the invisible weight that makes even the simplest tasks feel like climbing a mountain.

But amidst the numbness, there’s a quiet voice, a flicker of hope, reminding you that this chapter isn’t the whole story. Even when it feels like the darkness won’t lift, it’s okay to pause, breathe, and just be. Healing isn’t linear, and sometimes, just surviving is enough.
