Assam's masor tenga, tangy and bold
Uttar Pradesh's Kebabs, a story untold
Odisha's rasgulla, sweet and divine
Andhra's biryani, spiced to shine
Goa's vindaloo, fiery and intense
Bihar's litti chokha, rustic and true.
Madhya Pradesh's Poha a breakfast to pursue
Karnataka's bisi bele bath, a flavoured blend
