Punjab's butter chicken beyond compare
Bengal's fish curry, a culinary delights
Gujarat's dhokla, fluffy and light.
Rajasthan's dal baati churma, a hearty treat
Maharashtra's Vada pav, a street food feat
Kerala's appam with stew a costal delight
Tamil Nadu's dosa, crispy and bright
Assam's masor tenga, tangy and bold
Uttar Pradesh's Kebabs, a story untold
Odisha's rasgulla, sweet and divine
Andhra's biryani, spiced to shine
Goa's vindaloo, fiery and intense
Bihar's litti chokha, rustic and true.
Madhya Pradesh's Poha a breakfast to pursue
Karnataka's bisi bele bath, a flavoured blend
Himachal's siddu, a mountainous trend
Jharkhand's  thekua, a crunchy delight
Chattisgarh's muthiya, a savoury sight
Manipur's Kangshoi, a taste of East
Meghalaya's Jadoh, a fusion feast.
Nagaland's smoked pork, a tribal affair.
Sikkim's momos, a Himalayan flair
Telengana's hyderbadi biryani, a regal and rich 
Arunachal's bamboo shoot, unique niche
Mizorom's bai, a wholesome stew
Tripura's shorshe , a fishy brew
Delhi's street food, a bustling foodie's sight
Each state's cuisine , a culinary treasure
A story of flavours beyond measure
From the peaks of Himachal to Kerala’s shores,
Our food tells stories, traditions it restores.
Each dish a tribute to the land we adore,
Respecting cultures, flavors galore.
In every spice and savory delight,
Food binds us as one, in harmony we unite.
Celebrating diversity, with every bite,
India’s culinary heritage, shining bright.
