Sky Thoughts
Ever stared at the sky for a while? Like really stared not while scrolling, not while walking, but just lying back, looking up, and watching clouds drift?
They move. They morph.
One moment they look like dragons, the next cotton candy. And then poof they’re gone. Just like that.
That’s life.
Everything is a passing cloud.
Your heartbreak?
A cloud. Heavy, grey, rumbling. But it’ll pass. It always does.
That exam stress?
A cloud. Thunderous, sure. But it won’t last forever. One submission, one deadline, and then… it clears.
Even happiness , that uncontrollable laughter with friends, those late-night deep talks, the adrenaline of a first crush they’re clouds too. Soft, fluffy ones that you wish would stay. But even they float away. Not because they’re cruel, but because they’re meant to be fleeting.
And you know what? That’s the beauty of it all.
If pain didn’t pass, peace wouldn’t either.
If joy stayed forever, we’d stop noticing it.
If people never left, new ones wouldn’t arrive.
Everything shifts. Everything changes.
And that’s not a threat. It’s a gift.
So if today feels too much, just breathe.
You’re not stuck. You’re just inside a cloud.
And soon, the wind will blow. The sun will peek. And you’ll smile again not because the world changed, but because you realized it never stays the same.
Let that thought sink in:
This too shall pass just like clouds, just like moments, just like everything.
So here’s to being okay with not being okay.
Here’s to dancing under storm clouds and smiling at the sun.
Because life isn’t about holding onto every moment
It’s about watching them float… and learning when to let go.
