Biscuits, Barks & a Beautiful Heart

While I was walking down a usual dusty road, scrolling through random thoughts, something made me pause.

A woman.

Simple saree. No fuss. No air.

Just grace and goodness in motion.

She stood near a tiny roadside shop, buying biscuits. Not one or two at least ten. I blinked. Maybe she’s hosting kids? A little picnic? A temple offering?

But then came the real magic.

From nowhere or maybe from everywhere a bunch of street dogs began gathering around her. Tails wagging like windmills, eyes gleaming like they knew her soul.

She didn’t flinch. She didn’t shoo.

She smiled.

She opened each packet like it was wrapped in love and fed those furry friends  one by one. Gently. Patiently. Like a mother who remembers who likes what.

I stood there. Heart full.

In a world where people sometimes forget to even smile at one another, this woman was feeding lives that many don't even notice.

She didn’t do it for Instagram.

She wasn’t looking for applause.

She was just... kind. Soft-spoken to the voiceless. Generous without drama.

I wondered  how many times have we passed such souls without realizing we just brushed shoulders with someone rare?

She didn’t speak to me.

But she taught me something.

Kindness doesn’t need an audience.

Compassion doesn’t always post a story.

And love? It sometimes wears a biscuit packet.

That random walk on a random road?

Turned into a reminder that humanity still barks happily under sun-kissed fur and waits patiently for a stranger with a heart.

If you're reading this, maybe today’s a good day to be that stranger.
