I still can't figure out to outlet our emotions all we need is a listener but you know what the most annoying part is nobody likes to listen to our sorrow tales. Yes, few days back my friend texted me saying she is literally depressed. I rang up immediately to her and she was literally speechless. I tried comforting her with my words and gave her some space so that she feels better and yes, she started to slowly speak , her voice was tender and she spoke about the criticisms which she faced. I was honestly perplexed and she told me she trusts people so easily( :) hinted me being gullible) and I spoke volumes about her traumas but no one was actually interested to listen to her and gave her some lame excuses, some actually listened to her laments and the most disgusting part is they made fun of her on her behind. When she quickly narrated me, I told her ..You know what, I know it's hard to accept the reality, when our heart weighs with emotions and our brain hints us to outlet our emotions in some way so that it might become a source of comfort for us. But the harsh reality is, nobody is actually interested to listen to our laments. We all run behind the success ignoring all sort of emotions. Even if someone lend their ears, to us there is something deep behind it...I told her the best way to outlet our emotions is to only throw out bottled up emotions whom we reallyyyy trust so much it could be our parents, life partner or someone very close. And she agreed it to me. But later, things actually changed and she agreed it to my words. 
Yes, my dear readers, kindly quickly pay attention. I would like to keep it in a succinct language . No matter what happens, you don't have right to mock someone in absence of their presence. You know what it really hurts and yes, we all are humans and mistakes might happen and if anyone of you face this issue just ignore it and don't take it to heart but keep them in your mind , because this might actually help you. Turn the negative criticisms into opportunities as this might give a huge kickstart...
